The vest is knitted from the bottom up. The work is worked back and forth in one piece up to the armhole. The work is then divided into front and back pieces, which are worked separately and then assembled. At the bottom of the vest there is a fine i-cord edge, with which the stitches are cast on. The edges of the vest are worked in cord. Finally, 2 i-cord cords are knitted, which are used to tie the vest in front with a bow.

Alternatively, you can use Drops Kid-Silk, 25 g =210 m.
 
Knitting gauge 10x10 cm: 25 sts x 18 rows on needle size 6.0 mm in herringbone stitch.
